When it comes to family mealtime, I always make sure to serve only the best and most delicious food that I can make, and for today’s dinner I prepared this recipe by Cooking With Claudia on YouTube. My family loved it so much that they managed to finish a whole serving within just a few minutes. Learn how to make this now and serve it for dinner, too. Your family will thank you for sure!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of bella mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 2 tbsp of white wine
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp of freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp of freshly chopped thyme

Directions:

Step 1

After cleaning the mushrooms, cut them into smaller pieces or desired sizes, then place a cast-iron skillet pan on a stove over medium heat, and melt the butter. Add the olive oil, then add the minced onions, and toss them nicely cooking them for about 1 to 2 minutes or until translucent. Add the mushrooms, then cook them for about 4 minutes or until softened making sure to leave them and stir only after every 1 minute to let them become more flavorful.

Step 2

After cooking the mushrooms, add the white wine, then season them with salt and pepper to taste, and give them a good stir to combine. Cook them for 2 more minutes, then allow the sauce to reduce and slightly thicken before adding the minced garlic, chopped parsley, and freshly chopped thyme. Toss them all together, then cook them for 30 more seconds or until the garlic becomes fragrant, and turn off the heat. Transfer them to a serving plate, then serve on the side of your favorite dish, and enjoy!
