Place a non-stick pan on a stove over medium heat, then add the bacon pieces, and let them cook for a few minutes until nice and crispy. Using a slotted spatula, remove the cooked bacon from the pan, then transfer them to a plate lined with a paper towel to drain off all the excess oil, and in the same pan using the rendered bacon grease, cook the onions for a few minutes until nice and translucent.

Next, add the chopped cabbage, then season them with salt, pepper, paprika, and brown sugar, then give them a good mix until well combined, and let them cook for about 7 minutes or until the cabbage is tender. Once the cabbage is done cooking, put the cooked bacon back into the pan, then mix them all together until well combined and incorporated, and transfer to a serving plate. Serve and enjoy!
