Sift more flour ontop of the dough, then knead it wit hyour hands, and fold it 3 to 4 times until it becomes a biscuit dough. Step 2
Sprinkle the sugar over the biscuit dough, then place the blueberries on top, and fold them in gently to not burst the blueberries. Once done folding and the blueberries are incorporated to the dough, sprinkle more flour as needed, then cut out the biscuits, and place them on a well greased skillet pan. Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 450 degress for about 20 minutes or until they are nice and golden brown. While waiting for the biscuits to bake, prepare the glaze. Simply mix together the melted butter, powdered sugar, vanill, and cream in a mixing bowl until uniform and fully combined, then once the biscutis are done baking, take it out of the oven, and pour the glaze all over the top spreading it evenly. Serve and enjoy!
