The good thing is that there are a lot of tutorials that you can find online and flavors and versions to choose from. One of my favorites is this shrimp salad sandwich by Original Recipes by Mashed on YouTube. It’s simple but special at the same time and is just perfect for breakfast, lunch, or snack!

Ingredients for Shrimp Salad Sandwich:

  • 1 pound of small shrimp, pre-cooked
  • 2 stalks of celery, finely diced
  • ½ red onion, finely diced
  • ⅔ cup of mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp of Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tsp of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp of freshly chopped parsley
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • ¼ tsp of black pepper
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 4 brioche buns, sliced in half

How to Make Shrimp Salad Sandwich:

Step 1

In a large bowl, add the shrimp, celery, and red onion, then mix them until well combined, and add in the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, Dijon mustard, fresh parsley, salt, and pepper.

Step 2

Mix everything until evenly combined and set the mixture aside. Place a large frying pan on a stove over medium heat, then add the butter, and heat it until melted and bubbling.

Step 3

Add the sliced brioche buns, then toast them for 1 minute on each side or until brown and crispy, and fill the buns with the shrimp mixture. Serve and enjoy!
