What I love about barbeque parties are the food that comes with it! Whatever food you decide to grill won’t fail to taste just as incredible, especially if they are well seasoned. Everytime the family plans a lunch or dinner outdoor, I would always prepare a seafood foil pack which never fails to impress them. My go-to recipe is this shrimp boil foil pack by Tiffany Azure on YouTube which taste absolutely amazing and mouth-watering. You just can’t get enough of it, that’s how delicious this recipe is.
Step 1
After washing the potatoes and corn well, cut the potatoes into small bite-sized pieces, then cut the corn into 3 equal pieces, and cut them again in half. Place a pot on a stove over medium heat, fill it with water, then add the potatoes and corn, and bring them to a boil for about 10 to 15 minutes. While the veggies are boiling, start slicing the sausage into thick round pieces, then set them aside.

Step 2
Once done boiling, drain them off excess water and transfer them into a large mixing bowl, add the sliced sausage, shrimps, melted butter, and minced garlic, then season them with salt, pepper, and old bay seasoning according to taste. Toss and mix them all together until evenly seasoned and well coated. Transfer them to a sheet of aluminum foil, then wrap them up nicely. You can either grill them or bake them at 200 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes. Once cooked, add some browned butter, squeeze the juice of half a lemon, and garnish with some chopped herb of choice.
