Place the pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then heat up some oil, and add the Italian sausages (cut into cubes), diced yellow bell pepper, chopped zucchini, chopped onion, and chopped garlic, give it a good stir and saute. Season the veggies with Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then toss it up and mix just until the vegetables are tender.
Lastly, add the tomatoes, then mix them all again until well combined, and continue to saute them until the tomatoes are on the verge of popping. Once the veggies are done cooking, transfer them into a serving dish, then garnish them with some green onions on top. Serve and enjoy!
