  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper (half only), diced
  • 1 medium white onion (half), diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tomatoes, blended
  • 1 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 beef cube, crushed
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup of water, or beef broth

Directions:

Step 1

To start, dice the bell peppers and half a medium white onion. Set them aside. Next, heat some cooking oil in a medium pan over medium heat, then add the sausages. Cook them for about three to five minutes or until golden brown. After this, remove them from the pan, and cool them slightly. Once cooled down, slice them in half.
