  • 10 – 12 spicy beef sausages
  • 1 medium red bell pepper (half only), diced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper (half only), diced
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper (half only), diced
  • 1 medium white onion (half), diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tomatoes, blended
  • 1 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 beef cube, crushed
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup of water, or beef broth

Step 1

To start, dice the bell peppers and half a medium white onion. Set them aside. Next, heat some cooking oil in a medium pan over medium heat, then add the sausages. Cook them for about three to five minutes or until golden brown. After this, remove them from the pan, and cool them slightly. Once cooled down, slice them in half.

Next, saute the onions and the minced garlic until fragrant, then add the chopped bell peppers. Continue to cook for about three minutes. After this, add the blended tomatoes and 1 1/2 tbsp tomato paste. Stir well. Next, add 2 tbsp dark soy sauce, mix, then season with 1 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp paprika, and 1/2 tsp ground black pepper. Stir everything well for at least a couple of minutes, then add 1 cup of water. Continue to stir for a minute, then add the crushed beef cube. Finally, mix in the cooked sausages.
