Breakfast could be so hectic, especially if you are not a morning person. But with this easy sausage and egg breakfast casserole from Modern Pioneers on Youtube, you can finally have a proper breakfast that comes together fast! Ingredients:

  • pork brown sausage (mild or spicy, up to your preference)
  • 6 – 7 eggs
  • canned biscuits
  • shredded cheese
  • some milk

Spices:

  • pinch of garlic powder
  • pinch of dehydrated onion
  • pinch of sage
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions:

Step 1

Break down the brown sausage on a pan over medium heat and season with a bit of garlic powder, dehydrated onion, and sage. Cook the sausage until all browned up. Set aside. Next, in a bowl, crack six to seven eggs, season with salt and pepper, add some milk, then beat them.

Step 2

Spray some cooking spray on the casserole dish. After this, layer the canned biscuits on the bottom of the casserole. (Around 8 pieces of biscuits.) Take the sausage mixture and add it around on top of the biscuits followed by the beaten eggs. Make sure that the eggs are distributed evenly. Top this with some shredded cheese. Place it in the oven at 350 degrees F and bake it for about 35 to 40 minutes.
