Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F, then line a baking sheet or jelly roll pan with parchment paper making sure it goes up the sides, and pour in your crackers. Spread them in an even layer and set them aside. Place a medium saucepan on a stove over medium heat, then add the butter, and let it melt completely before adding the brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Step 2
Stir them continuously until the butter everything is fully combined and incorporated, then bring it to a rolling boil, and let the mixture continue to cook while stirring consistently for about 1 to 3 minutes or until the mixture turns light and smooth. Pour the mixture over the crackers, then carefully stir them until evenly coated, and sprinkle some salt over them.
Step 3
Place them in the preheated oven, then let the crackers bake for about 7 minutes, and then give them another stir before putting them back in the oven to bake for an additional 2 minutes. Once done baking, let them cool down for about 5 minutes, then remove the parchment paper, and allow them to cool completely for around 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
