Everyone enjoys a nice salmon teriyaki, so when I came across this delectable recipe lesson by Maureen’s Kitchen, I knew I had to try it. Because this dish is frequently offered in restaurants, preparing it at home may seem daunting. However, there’s no need to be concerned because the recipe is the simplest to follow at home.
Ingredients:
Directions:
Begin by sprinkling the salmon on both sides with salt and pepper. Then, in a mixing dish, make the teriyaki sauce. Combine light soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, grated garlic, and grated ginger in a mixing bowl. Add 3 slices of ginger after that. Add a teaspoon of sesame oil to the mixture and dip the salmon in it. After that, cover it with cling film and leave it to marinade for 30 minutes.
Preheat the pan with the oil and insert the salmon skin side up in it. Sear for about 4 minutes, or until a golden brown hue has developed. The salmon should then be carefully turned and seared for another 3 minutes. Continue to cook for 3-4 minutes with the remaining teriyaki marinade in the pan.
Once the sauce thickens, remove the pan from the heat. Then, plate the dish and reward yourself with a taste. This salmon teriyaki recipe is the easiest to make at home. It also doesn’t take much of your time so if ever you want to treat yourself to a fancy meal, think of this as an option.
