Ingredients:

• 1 brioche loaf
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp unsalted butter
• 3 eggs
• powdered sugar
• syrup of your choice
• 1 cup defrosted Haagen-Dazs rum raisin ice cream
• blueberry and raspberry, for garnish (or any berries of your choice)

Directions:

Step 1

To start, slice your brioche loaf and set the slices aside. Next, crack three eggs, then add 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 cup melted Haagen-Dazs rum raisin ice cream. Mix until well combined, then set aside. Now, melt the butter on your hot griddle. While waiting, go ahead and dip one slice of bread into the ice cream mix, and cook it on medium-low heat on both sides until golden brown.
