Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Chop the carrots and put them in a bowl. Chop 1 tsp fresh rosemary and add to the bowl. Now, add 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss to combine ingredients.
