Cookies are an all-time favorite dessert from almost every household and if you grew up eating it like me, then it must have a special place in your heart. Eating this treat can instantly make your day better and it’s something that both kids and adults alike can enjoy, even pivky eaters will have a hard time saying no to this.

There are a lot of different ways to make cookies and it’s available in almost every flavor possible. Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F, then in a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the flour, cocoa powder, baing soda, and salt, then whisk them until uniform, and set teh mixture aside. In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar, then beat them over medium speed for about 3 minutes until light and creamy, add the egg and vanilla extract, and keep mixing them for about 30 seconds just until combined.
Step 2
Add the flour mixture in 3 batches while mixing over low speed until combined, thn add ¾ cup of the marshmallows followed by the chocolate chips and almonds, and fold them until evenly distributed. Scoop 1½ tablespoons each of the cookie dough, then drop them onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper and make sure to space them apart evenly, at least 2 inches from each other.
Step 3
Gently press the remaining marshmallows onto the cookie dough balls, then place them in the preheated oven, and let them bake for about 8 to 10 minutes or until the edges are se and the tops appear dry. Allow the cookies to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire cooling rack, and let them cool completely.
