Step 1
Place the lamb leg in a roasting pan, then pour some lemon juice over it. In a small bowl, mix the garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper together until they are well combined. Then, use your hands to rub the spice mixture all over the lamb. You can add in some vegetables such as carrots and potatoes on the sides, and drizzle over some olive oil. Pop the lamb in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes, then after 30 minutes reduce the heat to about 350 degrees. Continue roasting for 1 more hour until the meat reaches 145 degrees. Remove the lamb from the oven and let it rest for about 15 minutes.

Step 2
While the lamb is resting, pour all of the drippings of the roasted lamb into a medium-sized saucepan, making sure to include all the little bits and burned chunks. Place the saucepan on a stove over medium-high heat, then add the onions and saute them for about 5 to 7 minutes. Add in the herbs and flour, then continue cooking them for 1 more minute. Pour in the chicken stock and grape juice, then bring them to a boil until it thickens. Remove the sauce mixture from the heat, then strain all the herbs and onions if desired. Slice the lamb and serve it drizzled with the sauce.
