This delicious cheesecake is so good that you’d think it was bought from a cafe or restaurant, I always make this and store it in my fridge so that I can eat any time I want. I love pairing this with a refreshing drink during the hot season and with a warm drink during the cold season. Step 1
In a Ziploc bag, add the cookies, then crush them well until fine crumbs, add the melted butter in the bag, and give them a good mix until combined. Transfer it to a round cake pan with the sides lined with parchment paper, then press the crust down the bottom of the pan using the bottom of a glass, and then set it aside while preparing the filling. In a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, then break it, and mix it around until smooth.

Step 2
Add the eggs, then break and mix untul smooth and combined, add the heavy cream, and give them a good mix until combined. Add in the vanilla extract, then strain it well in another bowl, and set aside. Wrap the sides and bottom of the cake pan with aluminum foil, then place it in a baking dish, and then pour the filling to the crust. Pour hot water to the baking dish, then place it in a preheated oven at 160°C or 320°F for about 1 hour, and then allow it to cool down for a bit.
Step 3
Cover the top with plastic wrap, then place it in the refrigerator, and allow it to chill overnight. In another large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, then whisk it around until smooth before adding the honey, and continue to whisk until smooth and combined. Once ready, take the cheese cake out of the fridge, then remove the plastic, and unmold the cake. Remove the parchment paper, then drizzle the cheese sauce all over the top, and serve. Enjoy!
