These Rice Krispie balls only require 5 ingredients – corn syrup, powdered sugar, peanut butter, vanilla, and Rice Krispies cereal. Note: if you use chunky peanut butter, make sure to add more as it contains a lot of nuts
Place a pot over heat. Add 1 cup of powdered sugar and 1 cup of corn syrup. Continuously mix until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat.
Add 1 cup of peanut butter and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Mix until well combined and smooth.
Add 4 cups of Rice Krispies cereal and mix to coat.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, scoop the mixture into the prepared pan. Let them cool for a couple of minutes until cool enough to touch.
Once they are cool enough to touch, form them into balls. Serve and enjoy!
