  • A bottle of red wine
  • Carafe
  • Pitcher
  • Stick blender
  • Wine glass

Step 1

Pour the wine into a pitcher, then using a stick blender, blend the wine for about a minute to help it oxidize, but make sure not to over-blend, you just want to see some bubbles in it, the extra level of oxidization helps the flavor of the wine.

Step 2

Pour some wine into a large measuring cup, then give it a good shake, pour it into a wine glass, and give it a taste. Once content with the taste of the wine, pour it into a carafe, then allow it to come to the right temperature, and serve. Enjoy!
