This recipe by Cooking With CJ on YouTube is very easy to prepare and only requires 6 simple ingredients, you wouldn’t even need a mixer or to make a dough from scratch. You can also improve your version of this treat by adding in a glaze, frosting, or topping of your choice.
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add the canned pumpkin, marshmallows, and roughly chopped pecans, then season them with a few dashes of pumpkin spice and sweet dessert shake (you can also use cinnamon and sugar to taste instead). Mix everything until well combined, then prepare the canned biscuits, and separate them into individual pieces.
Step 2
Flatten and widen each biscuit dough with your hands, then place one in your palm, and fill it with a scoop of pumpkin filling. Pinch the edges together at the center and seal them nicely, then flip the dough over so the seam side is down, and smoothen it into a round ball.
Step 3
Place the dough ball in the cup of a cupcake pan, then repeat the same steps with the remaining biscuit dough and pumpkin mixture, and poke a hole on each pie bomb. Place the pie bombs in an oven preheated at 350°F, then let them bake for about 15 minutes or until nice and golden brown, and let them cool down slightly before serving. Enjoy!
