Ingredients:

  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • 1 (29 ounces) can of pumpkin
  • 1 cup of butter, melted
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1½ cups of chopped pecans
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (12 ounces) can of evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • ½ tsp of pumpkin pie spice

Directions:

Step 1

In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the evaporated milk, sugar, eggs, cinnamon, and pie spice, then mix them together until well combined and incorporated, then line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper, and pour the batter spreading it nice and even. Now, sprinkle the yellow cake mix all over the pumpkin batter as even as you can, then top it with chopped pecans, and pour the melted butter over them evenly.
