The fall season is my favorite time of the year, not just because this is the coziest season for me, but because I love the food during this time of the year. This pumpkin dump cake from Simply Mamá Cooks on Youtube is one of my favorite go-to recipes every Fall. This recipe is not just super quick and easy but also tastes divine! Ingredients:

  • 15.25 oz yellow cake mix
  • 2 sticks of salted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 15 oz pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin spice mix
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

Step 1

In a large bowl, add four large eggs, 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk, 15 oz pumpkin puree, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp pumpkin spice mix, and 1 tbsp vanilla extract. Mix everything well. Next, prepare your 9 x 13 casserole dish by spraying some oil. After this, pour the pumpkin mixture. Now, sprinkle your yellow cake mix over the top of the mixture evenly, then take your 2 sticks of melted butter and pour it over the cake mix.

Step 2

After this, place your casserole dish in a preheated oven of 350 degrees F and bake it for 45 to 55 minutes. After 55 minutes, get it out of the oven and let it set and cool for about 15 minutes.
