My family loves pulled pork and I always make sure to try out different ways to serve them. This recipe by Catherine’s Plates on YouTube caught my attention because of how amazing and mouth-watering the crescent cups looked, plus the fact that it is super easy and convenient to prepare, especially if you are too busy and can’t commit to complicated or long preparations. This yummy dish calls for only 4 ingredients but if you want to modify it and add some toppings of your choice, then go ahead, and level this up to make your family mealtime extra special.
Optional
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F, then grease a standard 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray, and set it aside. Lightly flour the counter or your work surface or lay a silicone mat, then unroll the crescent roll dough, then pinch together the perforated edges if there are any, to make a single solid sheet before cutting it into 3 long strips, and then cut the strips into fours for a total of 12 square dough sheets. Place each square into each cup of the prepared muffin tin making sure to stretch lightly as you go, then break apart the pulled pork, and mix it together with some bbq sauce.

Step 2
Scoop about 1 to 2 tablespoons of pulled pork for each dough, then place them down the center nicely, and then place them in the preheated oven. Allow them to bake for about 14 to 18 minutes until the crescents are golden brown and cooked through. Unmold the crescent cups, then transfer them to a serving platter, and fill the top with coleslaw. Drizzle them with bbq sauce on top, then garnish them with diced green onions if desired, and serve. Enjoy!
