Ingredients:

  • 1 can of refrigerated biscuits, quartered
  • 1 can of refrigerated pizza crust, quartered
  • 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup of buffalo mozzarella, sliced
  • 1 tbsp of parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • ¼ cup or 20 slices of pepperoni
  • Olive oil
  • Dried parsley or oregano
  • Dried pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves of garlic, freshly grated
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F, then spray the bundt pan with a non-stick cooking spray, and set it aside. Remove the dough from the can, then cut them up into smaller pieces, place them in a large mixing bowl, and drizzle some olive oil. Sprinkle some dried parsley or oregano and dried pepper flakes, then add the pepperoni (you can cut them into quarters or add them whole), grated garlic, and mozzarella cheese, and mix them all together until well combined.

Step 2

Transfer them to the prepared bundt cake, then add more pepperoni and cheese in between each layer, sprinkle more parsley or oregano on top, and sprinkle some parmesan cheese as well. Cover the pan with aluminum foil, then place it in the preheated oven, and let it bake for about 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, remove the foil cover, then put it back in the oven, and let it cook for 5 to 7 more minutes. Carefully loosen the edges with a butter knife, then transfer to a plate, and serve with marinara sauce on the side. Enjoy!
