- 2 tsp corn flour

- coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped

Step 1
To start, boil the potatoes until they’re fork-tender, then transfer them to a bowl, and mash them. After this, add 2 tsp corn flour, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper, a pinch of turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, 1 chopped green chili, bread crumbs, and salt to taste.
