Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces of large potatoes, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 2 tablespoons of coriander leaves
  • ½ teaspoon of chat masala
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of rice flour

Directions:

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and start grating each piece. Transfer and wash them in a large bowl filled with water, then squeeze out the water and transfer them to a different bowl. In that same bowl, add in the ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, salt, green chili, coriander leaves, masala, flour, and rice flour. Mix it well by hand and make sure that all the potatoes are properly coated and seasoned.
