  • 1 lb lean ground beef

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 – 15 oz can tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 – 14.5 oz can of chicken broth


Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, add the ground beef, uncooked rice, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, and 1/2 tsp Italian seasonings. Mix everything together until combined. Next, form the ground beef mixture into meatballs, and arrange them in a skillet. Set aside.

Step 2

In another bowl, combine a 15 oz can of tomato sauce, 14.5 oz can of chicken broth, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1/4 cup heavy cream, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp white wine vinegar, and some salt. Whisk well until blended, then pour it into the skillet. Place it over the stovetop on high heat, cover with its lid, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Garnish with some freshly chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy!
