This delicious ground beef dish is so yummy and flavorful, plus, it is soaked in rich and creamy gravy. Ingredients:

  • 1½ pounds of ground beef
  • 2 cans of cream of soup
  • 1½ cups of cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups of milk, divided
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • ½ tsp of garlic powder
  • ½ tsp of onion powder
  • ½ tsp of paprika
  • ½ tsp of cayenne pepper, optional
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • ½ tsp of pepper
  • 1 tbsp of parsley
  • ½ tsp of Italian seasoning

Directions:

Step 1

Place the crackers in a Ziploc bag, then break them into crumbs, and transfer them into a large mixing bowl together with the ground beef. Next, add a cup of milk, then season them with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne powder, and Italian seasoning, and mix them all together until well combined and uniform. Form the mixture into oval-shaped patties at about 6 pieces, then place them on a plate, and set them aside. Place a large skillet pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then heat up a tablespoon of oil and a tablespoon of butter, while waiting for it to sizzle, quickly mix together a cup of flour, half a teaspoon of salt, and half a teaspoon of pepper in a mixing bowl until uniform and fully combined.

Step 2

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees at this point as well. Once the butter and oil are ready, dredge the meat patties into the flour mixture coating all sides evenly, then place them into the pan, and cook them for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Place the browned patties into a casserole dish, then set it aside while you’re preparing the gravy. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the two cans of cream of soup, a cup of milk, and a tablespoon of parsley, then whisk them together until well combined, and pour it over the meat patties in the casserole dish coating them nice and even. Cover the dish with foil, then put it into the preheated oven, and let it bake for about 30 to 40 minutes or until the patties are cooked through. Serve and enjoy!
