Instead of eating your pomegranates as is, try making ice cream out of them. No ice cream machine or any special tool and ingredients are needed. This cold, creamy, and sweet dessert by Yummy on YouTube will leave you wanting more. So get your pomegranates, read the full instructions below, and watch the video tutorial as well.
Step 1
Blend the pomegranate seeds in a food processor or blender. Then, pour it in a strainer and strain the juices onto a medium mixing bowl, use a spatula to press out all of the juices. In that bowl of juice, add in 2 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of milk powder, then mix them together until well combined. Set the pomegranate mixture aside. Add in half a cup of whipping cream in a small to a medium-sized mixing bowl, then use a hand mixer to beat it until stiff peaks form.

Step 2
Add in the prepared pomegranate mixture, fold and mix them together until well combined. You can add some drops of red food color to imitate the pomegranate’s color, but this step is completely optional and you can skip it if you’d like. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or similar, tap it on the surface a few times to release any trapped air. Garnish the top with some pomegranate seeds before covering it with plastic cling wrap. Pop it in the refrigerator and freeze it for at least 8 hours up to overnight.
