Ingredients for Low-Carb Pizza Casserole:

  • Ground beef
  • Spaghetti or pizza sauce, homemade or store-bought
  • Bell pepper, diced
  • Onions, diced
  • Minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chili powder, homemade or store-bought, optional
  • Italian seasoning or any seasoning of your choice, optional
  • Mozzarella cheese, sliced and shredded
  • Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • Pepperonis

How to Make Low-Carb Pizza Casserole:

Step 1

Place a pot on a stove over medium-high heat, add the ground beef, bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic, then break the beef apart, and mix everything well. Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste, you can add chili powder to it if desired, then continue to mix, and cook the meat until nice and brown.

Step 2

Drain off the excess grease, turn off the heat, and let it cool down. Pour in the pizza or spaghetti sauce of choice, then add some water to the jar to get the remaining sauce, and pour it into the mixture as well.

Step 3

You can spice it up with some Italian seasoning or any seasoning that you want, then give them a good mix to combine, and transfer it to a foil pan or baking dish spreading it evenly.

Step 4

Place the mozzarella cheese slices or shreds on top, then sprinkle the parmesan cheese over it, and finish it with a layer of pepperoni on top. Put it in the preheated oven, then allow it to bake for about 45 minutes, and let it cool down. Serve and enjoy!
