Ingredients:

  • 6.8 oz (200 ml) warm milk
  • 4 oz (120 ml) warm water
  • 6 tbsp + 2 tsp oil
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 2 1/8 tsp instant yeast
  • 3 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt

For the sauce:

  • tomato sauce
  • thyme

Toppings:

  • sausages
  • pepperoni
  • 2 long green peppers
  • mozzarella cheese
  • olives

Directions:

Step 1

To start, make the dough. In a large bowl, combine 6.8 oz warm milk, 4 oz warm water, 6 tbsp + 2 tsp oil, 2 tsp sugar, and 2 1/8 tsp instant yeast. Mix everything well, then add half of the flour and 1 tsp of salt. Mix and knead until dough forms. Stir in the rest of the flour and keep kneading until the dough is smooth. Cover the dough with plastic wrap, then a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm area for thirty minutes. While waiting, prepare your toppings. Chop some sausages, pepperoni, green bell peppers, and some olives. Set these aside. Back to the dough, remove the cover, punch out the gas, and transfer it to your working surface. Knead for a minute and roll it out into a rough circle. Now, grab a round cutter or a glass and start cutting the dough with some round shapes.

Step 2

Lay the pizza base into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then spread the pizza sauce on each top. (For the pizza sauce, just combine tomato sauce and a bit of dried thyme.) After this, top them with some grated mozzarella cheese and your prepared toppings. Put the tray of mini pizzas in a preheated 350 degrees F oven and bake them for 20 to 25 minutes.
