Ingredients:

Crust

  • 16-ounce package of peanut butter sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 8 tbsp of unsalted butter, melted

Chocolate Pudding

  • 1½ cups of milk
  • 3.9-ounce box of instant chocolate pudding

Peanut Butter Cream Cheese

  • 4 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup of powdered sugar
  • ½ cup of creamy peanut butter

Whipped Topping

  • 8-ounce tub of Cool Whip
  • ½ cup of milk chocolate chips
  • ½ cup of peanut butter chips
  • Reserved 8-9 peanut butter sandwich cookies, crushed, for topping

Directions:

Step 1: Crust

In a small mixing bowl, add the crushed cookies and melted butter, then stir them together until combined, and press it onto the bottom of a lightly sprayed square baking pan evenly. Place it in a preheated oven, then let it bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes, and allow it to cool down completely.

Step 3: Peanut Butter Cream Cheese

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese over medium-high speed for about 1 minute until smooth, then add the peanut butter, and continue to beat for 30 more seconds to a full minute or until smooth, and then reduce the speed to low as you add in the confectioner’s sugar little by little while beating continuously until incorporated.

Step 4: Assemble

Once ready, get the crust out of the fridge, then spread the peanut butter mixture all over the top of the chocolate pudding layer, and top it with whipped topping. Sprinkle the peanut butter and milk chocolate chips all over the top evenly, then sprinkle the crushed sandwich cookies next, and put the baking dish back inside the fridge to chill for at least 2 hours. Cut, into 2-inch squares, serve, and enjoy!
