Step 1: Cookies
In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt, then set them aside for later. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate and butter, then melt them together nicely, add in the sugars, egg, and vanilla extract, and then whisk them all together until combined. Add in half of the flour mixture, then give them a good mix just until combined, add the rest of the flour mixture, and continue to fold them together until well combined. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, then place it in the fridge, and allow it to chill for about 30 minutes or until firm enough to handle.

Step 2: Filling
In a mixing bowl, add the honey and peanut butter, then mix them together until uniform and combined, and then scoop about 2 teaspoons each of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place them in the freezer for about 30 minutes or until firm and set.
Step 3: Assembly and Baking
Scoop about 1½ tablespoons of the cookie dough, then shape it into a small and tall bowl as shown in the video, and place a frozen filling inside before closing it over and rolling it into a smooth ball. Repeat the same steps with the rest, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and space them at least 2 inches apart from each other. Put them in a preheated oven at 175°C or 350°F, then let them bake for about 15 minutes or until fully cooked, and let them cool down for about 5 minutes. Transfer them to a wire cooling rack, then allow them to cool down completely, and serve. Enjoy!
