Peanut Butter Glaze:
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add the eggs and sugar, then beat them for about 3 minutes until creamy and combined, scrapes the sides, and mix lightly. Add the melted butter, then beat for another 1 minute, sift over the flour, and add the baking powder. Fold them lightly until just combined and set aside, then in a small bowl, add the yogurt and peanut butter, mix them until combined, and add them to the batter.
Step 2
Add in the vanilla extract and almond extract, mix well, then add the chocolate sprinkles, and gently fold until evenly incorporated. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, then transfer the batter, and place it in a preheated oven to bake at 170°C or 338°F for about 45 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean.
Step 3
While waiting, prepare the glaze, microwave the white chocolate and milk, then give them a good stir, add the peanut butter, and keep stirring until melted and combined. Remove the cake from the pan and peel off the paper, then transfer the cake to a serving dish, and pour the glaze over it evenly. Serve and enjoy!
