Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Next, drain the peaches, then cut them into small pieces. Transfer them to a bowl and add 1 tsp cinnamon powder and 1 tbsp cornstarch. Mix well, making sure the peaches are properly coated. Set them aside. Now, roll out the pastry sheet, flour it, trim the edges, then cut it into four squares.

Put three slices of peaches on the center of one square, then fold the pastry puff in a triangular shape. After this, use a fork to press and seal the edges. Repeat these until you finished your peaches. Once done, place the peach turnovers on a parchment paper-lined baking pan. Brush them with egg wash (one egg mixed with 1 tbsp milk).
Bake the peach turnovers in a preheated oven at 400 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes. After baking, set them aside and let them cool completely. In the meantime, make the glaze. In a small bowl, combine 1/3 cup icing sugar and 1 tbsp milk. Drizzle this over the peach turnovers. Serve and enjoy!
