Ingredients for Peach Sweet Tea:

  • 5 ripe peaches or peaches in heavy syrup
  • 1½ inches of ginger
  • ¼-½ cup of sugar, or to taste
  • 12 bags of tea
  • 8 cups of hot water
  • Torani peach syrup, optional

How to Make Peach Sweet Tea:

Step 1

Add the peaches to a blender, then add the ginger and lemon juice, and blend them until smooth and combined. Transfer the mixture to a skillet on a stove over medium heat, then bring it to a simmer, and stir it continuously until it has reduced.

Step 2

In a large pitcher, add the hot water and tea bags, then let them sit for a few minutes, and discard the tea bags. Check the peach mixture, then add the sugar, and keep mixing to combine.

Step 3

Pour the peach mixture on a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl, then add the mixture to the prepared tea, and mix them until fully incorporated. Transfer it to a serving pitcher, then pour some on a serving glass with a few slices of peaches and ice, and serve. Enjoy!
