Ingredients:

Crust

  • 2 cups pretzels, crushed
  • ¾ cup or 1½ sticks unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

Filling

  • 2 cans peaches, drained, pat dry
  • 2 cups water, boiling
  • 1 (8 ounces) container of frozen whipped topping
  • 1 (8 ounces) package of cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 (6 ounces) package of peach jello
  • ½ cup sugar

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F, then grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with a nonstick spray, and set it aside. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the pretzels, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg, then stir them together until well combined, add the melted butter, and continue stirring until well mixed and incorporated. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, then gently press them until nice and even, bake it in the preheated oven for about 8 to 10 minutes, and set aside to cool completely.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese and sugar, then beat them together until fluffy and creamy, and then gently fold in the whipped topping. Spread the cream mixture into the cooled pretzel crust, then put it in the refrigerator, and let it set for at least 1 hour. In another large bowl, add the Jell-O and boiling water, then stir them together thoroughly until dissolved and well combined, and then let it cool down to room temperature. Add the peach slices all over the top of the cream cheese, then gently pour the dissolved Jell-O over them, and put it back in the refrigerator to set for about 2 to 3 hours. Best served chilled, enjoy!
