Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F, then grease a baking dish with olive oil, and set it aside. In a shallow dish, add the breadcrumbs, half of the parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper, then stir them to combine and set aside.
Step 2
In a separate shallow dish, beat together the eggs and milk, then set it aside, and in a third shallow dish, add the flour. Dredge the chicken breast in the flour and shake off the excess, then dip it in the egg mixture, and coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
Step 3
Place a skillet on a stove over medium-high heat, then heat the olive oil, and cook the chicken breasts for about 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden brown.
Step 4
Transfer the cooked chicken to the prepared baking dish, then mix the remaining parmesan cheese with the mozzarella cheese and garlic, and sprinkle them over the chicken breasts.
Step 5
Place the chicken in the preheated oven, then let it bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly, and serve it immediately. Enjoy!
