This super easy recipe by *How Ines Rolls* on YouTube is a great dessert idea that uses only 7 ingredients. This is perfect to serve if you have a family gathering or when your friends are coming over, both adults and kids alike will find this yummy and mouthwatering. I mean, with those layer upon layer of goodness, who wouldn’t?

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of hot fudge topping, warm
  • 1 (8 ounces) tub of cool whip
  • 8 pieces of Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 package of choco Instant pudding mix, use about half of the package
  • 12 pieces of vanilla ice cream sandwich
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Caramel syrup

Directions:

Step 1

Warm up the hot fudge in the microwave for a little bit, then roughly crush or chop the Oreo cookies. In a large mixing bowl, pour the hot fudge topping, followed by about 1 cup of cool whip, then whisk them together until well combined. Add about half of the package of the instant pudding mix, then mix them all together until it has a thick and fudgy consistency, if it gets too thick, you can pour some milk to thin it out. Add some of the crushed Oreo cookies, then give them a good mix until well combined.

Step 2

Unwrap the ice cream sandwiches, then lay 4 pieces of arranging them in a single layer, and spread half the portion of the pudding mixture on top evenly. Add another layer of ice cream sandwiches, then pour the remaining half of the pudding mixture spreading them evenly. Place the remaining ice cream sandwiches on top, then frost the whole cake with the cool whip, and put it in the fridge. Let it freeze for about 4 hours or until nice and solid, then drizzle it with chocolate and caramel syrup, and top with the rest of the crushed Oreo cookies.
