Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°F. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the sugar, cocoa, and ground cinnamon until they are uniform, then set them aside. Next, combine the flour, instant dry yeast, and salt in a stand mixer. Grab a separate bowl then pour in the milk, add in the butter, and sugar, mix them until well combined. Heat them in the microwave on a high setting for about 60-90 seconds until the mixture is warm and the butter is melted, give it a good stir until well combined. Gradually add this to the stand mixer and mix them together at medium speed until the dough comes together. Add in the egg, then lower the speed of the mixer until it a sticky dough ball forms. Continue mixing for about 2-3 more minutes.

Step 2
Add an additional 1 tablespoon of flour at a time until the dough is not sticky anymore while constantly mixing. Once the dough is ready, mix in half a cup of crushed Oreos while mixing on medium speed until incorporated. Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Flour your work surface or kitchen counter, then start shaping your dough into a large rectangle of about 12*18 inches and about ½cm thick. Spread ¼ cup of softened butter over the dough leaving half an inch on the long side of the rectangle uncovered. Sprinkle the cinnamon filling mixture over the buttered area evenly, then top it with half a cup of crushed Oreos.
Step 3
Tightly roll the dough horizontally toward the uncovered strip. Cut the dough roll into 9 equal pieces and place it in a greased square pan and turn off your oven. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place it in the oven for 30 minutes until the doughs have risen. Remove the pan from the oven and take off the foil. Turn the oven back on and heat it to 350°F, then bake the rolls for about 26-30 minutes until they turn golden brown. Rotate the pan halfway through to help the rolls bake evenly. For the glaze, combine the butter, sugar, whole milk, and vanilla extract until the texture becomes smooth. Let the cinnamon rolls cool for 10-20 minutes, then drizzle the glaze over the cinnamon rolls. Garnish with some extra chopped-up Oreos and serve warm.
