I love making desserts as much as eating them, and my favorite recipes are often those that are very easy to prepare and requires only a few simple ingredients, just like this orange creamsicle salad by Kitchen Fun With My 3 Sons on YouTube.

This dessert requires no baking and it’s ready in just a few minutes, this is also a great dessert to make ahead and serve the next day for a party or even a cookout. You can make this dessert in different flavors depending on the Jell-O mix that you want to use, and add any topping of your choice, too.

  • 3.5oz of instant vanilla pudding

Step 1

Place a large saucepan on a stove over medium heat, then add the water, tapioca pudding mix, instant vanilla pudding mix, and orange Jell-O mix, and give them a good mix until combined.

Step 2

Heat them until the mixture starts to boil, then turn off the heat, and remove the saucepan from the stove. Pour the mixture into a large bowl, then set it aside for about 1 hour until room temperature or completely cooled.

Step 3

Once the jello and pudding mixture is completely cooled, stir in the mandarin oranges and the Cool Whip. Pour the mixture into a serving dish. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until serving.
