Step 1
Place a pot on a stove over medium or medium-high heat, then put the butter and let it melt, and then add the chicken breasts. Season them with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste, then cook them for about 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 2
Flip them over, then season the other side, and cook them for another 1 or 2 minutes. Set the cooked chicken aside, then add the rice to the same pan, and pour in the chicken broth. Add the lemon juice, then season with more Italian seasoning, and put back the cooked chicken into the pot.
Step 3
Add some lemon slices, then cover the pot with the lid, and let it cook over medium heat for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the rice is cooked through and all the water has evaporated. Garnish it with fresh parsley or cilantro, then serve, and enjoy!
