Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of white bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 of a white onion
  • 1/4 of a tomato
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
  • 2 slices of ham
  • 2 sliced cheese
  • unsalted butter
  • salt
  • black pepper

Directions:

Step 1

In a bowl, cracked 3 eggs and season with some salt and black pepper. Beat the eggs well. Next, diced 1/4 of white onion and 1/4 of tomato and add them to the beaten eggs. Add 1/2 tsp parsley, and 1/2 crushed red pepper (optional). Mix them nicely.

Step 2

Melt some unsalted butter in a pan over low heat. After it melts, pour over the egg mixture. Dip 2 slices of white bread, coating each side thoroughly. When the eggs are cooked enough and not runny, flip them over. Fold the egg on the edges inside. Add 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese, then fold the bread. Cook both sides of the bread until golden brown. You can cut it in half before serving.
