Easy One-Bowl Strawberry Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 eggs
• 2 cups of all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp of baking powder
• pinch of salt
• 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1 cup of sour cream
• 12 oz of strawberries

Directions:

Step 1

In a bowl, add 2 eggs followed by 1 cup of granulated white sugar. Mix well using a handheld mixer. Next, add 1 cup of sour cream and 1/2 cup of vegetable oil and continue mixing. Get two cups of flour and sift 1 cup at a time along with 2 tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt. After this, continue mixing it.

Step 2

Spray some oil on your springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper. Add in half the batter and spread evenly. Now, chop up your strawberries and lay them over the top of the batter. After this, add in the remaining batter, then top it with the final layer of strawberries. Place the pan in the oven at 350 degrees F and bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
