A few days ago, I was craving a delicious and sweet cheesecake dessert, but I can’t decide on a recipe to use, and while browsing the internet, I found this yummy Oreo fluff by The Slow Roasted Italian on YouTube. This dessert recipe idea requires no baking and can be prepared all in one bowl, plus, you only need a few simple ingredients that you can easily find in the nearest store, some of them might even be available in your kitchen. I super loved this recipe, and even my family found it super delicious, too!
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract, then beat them together until well combined and fluffy, add the cheesecake pudding mixture, and continue to beat them together until fully combined and the texture is chunky. Slowly drizzle 1½ cups of heavy whipping cream into the cream cheese mixture adding only about one tablespoon at a time while consistently running the mixer on low speed until well combined, then add the powdered sugar, and continue beating until fully combined and incorporated.

Step 2
In a separate mixing bowl, add the remaining 1½ cups of heavy cream, then beat it until stiff peaks form, and gently fold it into the cheesecake mixture until incorporated and uniform. Reserve some Oreo cookies whole for garnish later, then put the rest in a Ziploc bag and crush them using a rolling pin. Add the mini marshmallows and crushed Oreos to the cheesecake mixture, then gently stir them together to combine, and transfer them to a serving bowl. Garnish with the reserved whole Oreos and mini marshmallows, then serve immediately, and enjoy!
