Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 & 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 & 1/4 cups of flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

Step 1

In a bowl, add 1 cup of butter and 1 cup of chocolate chips. Microwave it for 1 minute and 30 seconds to let it melt and then let it sit for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, stir it until smooth. Next, add 1 & 1/2 cups of sugar, 3/4 cups of brown sugar, 1 tbsp vanilla, and 1 tsp salt. Whisk together well to combine ingredients. Add 3 eggs and continue whisking. After this, sieve 1 & 1/4 cups of flour into the mixture followed by 1/3 cup of cocoa powder. Whisk well. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips.

Step 2

Grease your pan with some cooking spray and line it with parchment paper, then spray some oil again. Pour the brownies mixture into the pan and spread them nicely and evenly. Place it in the oven at 350 degrees F and bake for 35 – 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, take it out of the oven and cut it into bite-size pieces.
