I love eating cakes for snack time or when I’m working, and I have tried different flavors that are all incredibly good! I always save the best for last and in cakes that would be the mousse, it just melts in your mouth and tastes divine. I have always wondered if I can make just mousse itself so that I can snack on it whenever I’m craving it, and I’ve found exactly just that in this video tutorial by The Stay At Home Chef on YouTube. This recipe calls for only 3 simple ingredients and you can eat it right away or store it for use later if you’re planning to make some pastries or desserts. Either way, one thing is for sure, you’ll love this recipe so much that you’ll never try any other versions.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of Nutella

Step 1

In the bowl of a stand mixer or a large mixing bowl, add the heavy cream followed by the sugar, then with a whisk attachment beat them together until stiff peaks start to form, and then scoop the Nutella into the mixture.

Step 2

Switch to using a rubber spatula, then fold the mixture and Nutella together until well combined, incorporated, and no more streaks are visible. Scoop or pipe the mixture into serving dishes or containers, then serve immediately or put it inside the refrigerator to chill before serving, and enjoy!
