I love eating bread as much as I love baking them and I always make them because they just go well with anything at any time of the day! But when it comes to my favorite or go-to recipes, I would always recommend this one by Bake Only on YouTube because of how convenient, simple, and easy it is to make. Not only does it require no kneading but it also only needs about 4 simple ingredients to make! You really have to try it out and see for yourself to believe it.
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, salt, and yeast, then mix them well until combined, and add the hot water (make sure it’s in between 115°F to 125°F or 46°C or 52°C). Continue to mix them together until a sticky dough forms, then cover the bowl, and let it proof for at least 1 hour or until doubled in size. Once done, deflate the dough, then transfer it to a lightly floured surface, and fold it a few times before shaping it into a ball as shown in the video.

Step 2
Line a large bowl with parchment paper, then place the dough in it and cover it again. Let it proof for about 45 minutes or until it doubles in size and is puffy, then preheat a Dutch oven with its lid on in the oven at 450°F or 230°C. After proofing the dough, slash the top, then place it in the preheated Dutch oven, and gently cover it with the lid.
Step 3
Allow it to bake for about 30 minutes, then remove the lid and the parchment paper, and put the Dutch oven with the bread back in the oven. Let it bake for 10 to 15 more minutes or until golden brown and the interior reaches a temperature of at least 190°F or 88°C. Once done baking the bread, transfer it to a wire rack, then let it cool down, and slice. Serve and enjoy!
