Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of bread flour
  • 2 tsp of instant yeast
  • 1½ tsp of cooking or kosher salt
  • 1½ cups of very warm tap water
  • 2½ cups of tightly packed Colby cheese, freshly shredded

Directions:

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, instant yeast, and salt, then mix them together to combine, add the water, and continue to mix them with the handle of a wooden spoon until dough forms. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, then set it aside in a warm place, and let it rise for about 2-3 hours until doubled in size.
