This cake is also already very easy to make but it’s made even easier with the help of a boxed cake mix. You can prepare this with just a few easy steps using ingredients that most of you may already have in your kitchen. Learn how now by following this recipe by Catherine’s Plates on YouTube.
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F, then grease a bundt cake pan with a nonstick cooking spray generously, and set it aside. Add the melted butter and brown sugar in a small bowl, then give them a good whisk, and pour it into the bottom of the prepared bundt pan spreading it evenly. Arrange the pineapple slice halves in the pan as demonstrated in the video, then place one cherry in between the pineapple halves, and set it aside.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, add the cake mix, eggs, oil, water, and juice, then beat them with a hand mixer for about 2 minutes, and carefully scoop the mixture over the pineapples and cherries. Smooth out the batter as much as you can without moving the pineapples out of place, then place the pan in the preheated oven.
Step 3
Let the cake bake for about 35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean. Once done baking, let it cool for about 10 minutes, then run a knife around the sides to loosen the cake from the pan, and invert it on a serving plate. Slice, then serve, and enjoy!
