Step 1
Sift all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda, into a large mixing bowl. Whisk until well-combined. Add in the oil, milk, and vanilla extract, whisk well until smooth. Add some drops of red food color then mix well. Add in a teaspoon of white vinegar and mix until well combined. Pour the batter onto a greased mold, then tap it lightly to release the trapped air. Place it inside a preheated pot, cover it with the lid, then let it cook over low medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes.

Step 2
Once the cake is done cooking, let it cool completely and remove it from the mold. Trim the top of the cake and set it aside, then divide the cake layer into two. Break the trimmed cake top on a food processor and turn it into crumbs. Then in a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar, mix it with a spatula then switch to a hand mixer and beat them together. In another separate bowl, add in the whipping cream and beat it for a while before adding in the cream cheese mixture. Beat them together until stiff peaks form.
Step 3
To assemble the cake, start by brushing some sugar on top of the cake’s bottom layer, then spread a thick layer of cream filling on top. Place another layer of cake on top, then brush it with some sugar syrup, spread another layer of cream filling. Cover the cake with the leftover cream and make sure that it’s completely covered. Put the crumbs on the side, pipe and decorate around the outer edges of the cake top with cream filling, and finish it by putting the rest of the crumbs on the center of the cake.
