One of my favorite dessert recipes is this easy no-bake peanut butter cheesecake recipe by The Cooking Foodie. I’m a peanut butter lover, and this treat definitely satisfies my cravings all the time. Everyone gets a slice whenever I make it at home. The flavors are rich, and the texture is perfect. Plus, it doesn’t have gelatin! Try this cake now – I’m sure you will not regret it. Break the biscuits into pieces and place them in a food processor. Blend until they turn into crumbs. Add the melted butter and blend again until well incorporated.
Transfer to a 9-inch springform pan and press on the bottom. Place in the refrigerator.
Get a large frying mixing bowl and add the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat well until smooth and creamy. Add the peanut butter, and vanilla extract then beat again. Next, add the heavy cream and mix for 2 to 3 minutes more.
Pour the cheesecake mixture into the crumbs and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Make the ganache. Get a small saucepan and add the heavy cream. Bring it to a simmer, then remove it from the heat. Add the chopped chocolate and mix until the chocolate has melted and the ganache is smooth. Let it cool for a while.
Pour the ganache into the springform pan, or you can open it and then pour it.
Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
